Yes, the everyday things. The training session is two hours, one to one, for $249. It covers adding a blog post or a product, updating text and pictures, and reading your weekly report.
What you won’t get are the keys to the parts that break things: installing plugins, and changing the site’s structure or settings. That stays with us, because it’s the only way backups, updates and rollbacks can be promised at all.
If you’d rather not do any of it, Care includes 30 minutes of small edits a month and On Call includes two hours. You just email us.
